All the woodwork seems to be done and has deihl skins that I can take with this plane. I was wondering what I should be looking for when buying a situation like this? It has most of the gauges and retracts and still needs the foam work done. Any info is helpful thanks. Jack, You should be able to substitute a good floor wax with carnuba for the parting agent. The Mold Release is Poly Vinyl Alcohol (PVA). A quart should be enough to do several cowlings. Wax the mold up good, then paint the inside with PVA. The PVA will stay with the part and most of the wax should stay with the mold when you pull them apart. PVA is water soluble, so can be scrubbed off the finished part relatively easy.
