In areas where you had to apply a lot of smooth prime to fill up a larger "hole" you may want to use a little courser paper to speed the process. I don't have my technical papers in front of me but the 360 sounds about right. Be sure and do not wet your wet/dry paper. Sand it dry. You should be able to come up with a surface ready for paint quite easily. I'm a little busy right now so I can't help much. Would someone else please chime in and let us know what paper you used and how it came out? Personal message. If anyone out there will be talking to man upstairs today please tell him thanks for me. I think he may be a little tired of me telling him thanks:-) My 17 year old son had a serious automobile accident last Monday on the way home from school. He lost it in a corner and overcorrected, left only 31 feet of side skid and struck a 3 foot tree on the front of the drivers door. The tree came in leaving about 5 inches of space left between the drivers side and the center console. His legs were pinned. He pulled himself out of the car through the sunroof, in the process he pulled both his feet out of his shoes. The brake pedal was on the right hand side of the gas pedal. He brought his cell phone, that I got him three weeks ago, out with him. He called the ambulance, called me......and call his girlfriend, elevated his seriously broken left leg on the side of the car to keep the swelling down. Knew it was bleeding so he rolled his pant leg up to see if the bone was sticking out. He had decided to use his belt to stop the bleeding. I would have probably been flopping around like a fish out of water. He ended up having a open compound fracture of both bones lower left leg as his most serious injury but got beat up all the way up his body to include a fractured cheek and nose. Anyway, he's alive. He's confined to a wheelchair and won't walk again until at least June. Sorry for the personal message but sometimes it's just nice to talk to friends:-) Man, it's nice to get things back to normal.................now to meet with the insurance......................BTW, he was driving the Porsche, UGH:-(. At the end of last year we had a RV flip on its back after wheel shimmy on the front wheel during landing and it turned through 90 Deg. Hello Gang, It is unfortunate that you guys get sucked in with this state tax, fortunately we do not have anything like that up here, but wait we will probably get it in the neck too. A very good explanation on this is in February Sports Aviation on p 70, EAA Q & A. Take a look, tells you how to reserve a "N" number and how to actually register, when the tax starts. I don't know anybodythat place it horizontal. I have it placed vertical, like establish the old planes of the KR, as much for the main one as for the outher spar. Next week I receive 3 gallons of SuperFill, in Argentina it is necessary to pay 50 overcharge% for l import. IŽll make some "cosmetics" in my wings, and iŽll use my rotating sander again.
