I have one on my KR2 and I also have experienced the vibration problem you mentioned. Mine was well past the 30 day return policy. I checked my prop very carefully to make sure each blade had the same pitch. In the process I noticed that the trailing edge of one blade was 1/8" shorter than the other blade. In addition I noticed that the airfoil was different between the blades. The last four inches on one blade has a bulge on the back face about 1/32" thick. I sent it to Ivo for checking, I was assured that there was no problem and my prop only needed balancing. When I got it back, I installed it and made a test run. the maximum RPM on the blade I could get before fear set in was 1100 RPM. At this point my instrument were blurred from the vibration. After running several tests and demonstrating to friends, I called Ivo. Solution suggested was to have it dynamically balanced by a professional. There are several local however I couldn't fly it to them. My solution was to remove the balance weight installed by Ivo and rebalance. Ivo balances the blades by installing twisted 10 AWG electrical wiring into the torque tubes. I removed the wire with a long drill bit. After rebalancing, it runs the best it ever has. I don't have any comparative performance data for the Ivo prop, but I have been suspicious.
