The ceramic coating will be rather pricey compared to run-of-the-mill Bar-B-Que paint, but the results will be far superior. And I can tell you that exhaust header paint and bar-b-que paint will still rust. Perhaps somebody who has used the ceramic coating can "pipe-up" here and let us know how the coating has performed. When i drilled thru some powder coated metal the heat from the drill bit melted the paint around the hole.. Also, I know it goes without saying, be careful taking "airplane parts" to open shops. You need to order the toroids and copper foil tape to make your antenna anyway. I'd be happy to provide the dimensions and preferred antenna orientation, let me know what antennas you're installing and I'll look them up. The home page is www.arrl.org. They will answer technical questions for no charge. Also, they have an online bookstore. The antenna link is: http://www.arrl.org/catalog/?category=Antennas%2FTransmission+Lines&words= If this link doesn't work (sometimes links people paste into messages do weird and strange things), go to the first link and work to the catalog section from there. Also density alititude is a greater concern than normal given the low HP you'll be starting out with. Finally, that engine better run perfect because at 60hp you just can't afford to give any up.
