I churned it around in my head for a while and came to the conclusion that with the aditional weight and drag from the second engine, the structure, and the and the additional fuel required that you may not be able to climb at all if one engine failed. That is most likely why you never see twins with less than a few hundred horses on each wing. Now if you built it with only one seat you would have a bad ass personal rocket ship. Before anyone flames me, I have not run any numbers on my theory and I may be off base.
