Mark, I think your welding is outstanding. You should see ours and it was done by a "professional". I like the way you used square tubing. I had thought that a square tube could be welded over the round crossing tube on the bottom, at each end, and then you could use square tube for the rest of the construction and insert a round stick in the top of the square tube or just build a grip that fits on a square tube.
