This was often enough to evacuate the blow-by when at higher = throttle settings, but no where near enough at idle or lower settings. = You need a much more consistent flow of air through the venturi to draw = the vacuum you need.=20 Fairing one inside your cowl sounds interesting though..I also wonder if = anyone else has done this. Remember though, warmer air-no matter the = source, is less dense, and will result in less flow through the venturi, = and a reduction in vacuum produced. If this will cause a reduction that = will affect the instruments, I have no idea.
