I did take my son flying today for his first flight in a small plane. He is hooked!!! Has not stopped talking about it. Anyway, I am inspired by how nice Troy's plane looks now. I have began my right wing and installed the fuel tank supports today. I seriously doubt I will be ready for the gathering but next year is a definite. What does that mean as far as what you've perdicted concerning the -.75 degrees incidence you have on your web page. Do you think that will be right? Or will 0 be closer to correct? He has the same incidence but less washout than I do (I have 2.25 degrees) so I wouldn't be surprised if the .75 number wasn't still pretty close. It won't be long and we'll know for sure... It happened to me in the Tripacer when I took off with mininum fuel on board and winds 10G15 and was going to fuel at the destination. When I got there the wind was 20G30 and 90 degrees to the runway. I didn't realize the wind was that stong and messed up the first approach and had to do a go-around. Always figure worst case. Sooner or later it WILL happen.
