With the improved intake for aero conversion, one can see a 15% improvement in HP. I should be able do the 75% power thing at 8K, somewhere around 202-203. My RX2 consistently got 25mpg at 75 MPH with the air conditioning running on trips between L.A. and Phoenix (400 miles). In town, I got 20 MPG. The lead foots got 10 MPG. At 6000 RPM, I found the engine powerful AND efficient. I am busy doing a control knob for that. Adding a mixture lever is very easy. All you have to do is to "pile up" two throttle units, which means you will add a third plate on top of the second plate. You'll have to make the second handle (mixture) the same way, but smaller, and bent suitably for clearance. You'll then use a longer friction screw, which will adjust friction for both levers at the same time. It will work fine if you make your spacers accurately.
