My plane has been gone for over 3 months now and it still seems strange and there is still several days of clean up and reorganizing left to do in here. Good luck and wishing you the best on the first flight that I'm sure won't be far off. Your beautiful craftsmanship and "I can't believe I am flying my dream and having this much fun" grin was an inspiration to us all. It was seeing his plane for the first time at Sun N Fun that convinced me that I needed to build another KR. The last time I spoke to Steve was on the radio for a weather check just after he left Mt Vernon. He told me that the haze started to clear about 7,000'. As I said then, "Have a good flight 2 Kilo Romeo, I'll see you up there". Blue skies Steve. It will not fly better but it will look better.
